Ok, so it’s not the most seductive of winter veggies but we think it really it’s time to reconsider that most unobtrusive of brassicas, the cauliflower. Its charms vanquish swathes of lesser vegetables in the relentlessly trumpeted superfood realms of ‘pretty darn good for you’ and ‘more versatile than you think’. Alot more versatile as it turns out.
